TZATZIKI


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt alternative)

  • 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped

  • Sea salt & black pepper, to taste


Directions

  1. Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a clean towel or paper towel.

  2. In a bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and dill.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Chill for at least 15 min to let flavors meld.
