SPICED HOT COCOA (GUT-FRIENDLY)

Ingredients
1 cup grass-fed whole milk or full fat coconut milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1-2 tsp pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of cardamom or nutmeg
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: 1 scoop collagen for protein
Directions
Combine all ingredients to a pot and whisk together.
Warm on low heat and serve.
