SPICED HOT COCOA (GUT-FRIENDLY)


Ingredients

  • 1 cup grass-fed whole milk or full fat coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

  • 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of cardamom or nutmeg

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional: 1 scoop collagen for protein


Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients to a pot and whisk together.

  2. Warm on low heat and serve.
