GRAIN FREE GRANOLA

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raw chopped cashews

  • 1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup large coconut flakes

  • 1 tbsp almond flour

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond butter, lalmond flour, cinnamon, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until all the nuts and seeds are evenly coated.

  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and place on the top oven rack. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.

  4. Remove, stir well, and return to the oven for another 6 minutes, or until lightly golden.

  5. Allow the granola to cool completely before handling.

  6. Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container. It will keep fresh for several weeks.
