FRENCH VANILLA PROTEIN ICE CREAM (NINJA CREAMI)


Ingredients

  • Base:

    • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk

    • 1 scoop French Vanilla Just Ingredients Protein Powder

    • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean past (optional)

  • Toppings:

    • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

    • 2 tbsp chopped dates, pitted

    • Sprinkle of sea salt


Directions

  1. Blend the base:

    1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, protein powder, and sweetener/vanilla if using.

    2. Blend until smooth and frothy.

  2. Freeze overnight:

    1. Pour mixture into Ninja Creami pint container.

    2. Freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.

  3. Spin the Creami:

    1. Place frozen pinto into the Ninja Creami machine.

    2. Use the "Lite Ice Cream" or "Ice Cream" function.

    3. If texture is crumbly, use the "Re-spin" button until creamy (you may have to add more liquid).

  4. Add toppings:

    1. Scoop into a bowl.

    2. Sprinkle cacao nibs, chopped dates, and a pinch of sea salt over the top.
