FRENCH VANILLA PROTEIN ICE CREAM (NINJA CREAMI)

Ingredients
Base:
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
1 scoop French Vanilla Just Ingredients Protein Powder
1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean past (optional)
Toppings:
1 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp chopped dates, pitted
Sprinkle of sea salt
Directions
Blend the base:
In a blender, combine coconut milk, protein powder, and sweetener/vanilla if using.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Freeze overnight:
Pour mixture into Ninja Creami pint container.
Freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.
Spin the Creami:
Place frozen pinto into the Ninja Creami machine.
Use the "Lite Ice Cream" or "Ice Cream" function.
If texture is crumbly, use the "Re-spin" button until creamy (you may have to add more liquid).
Add toppings:
Scoop into a bowl.
Sprinkle cacao nibs, chopped dates, and a pinch of sea salt over the top.
