ENCHILADA CHICKEN WITH SLAW


Ingredients

  • 3-4 tbsp Siete Red Enchilada sauce

  • Shredded chicken

  • Homemade slaw (see recipe)

  • Optional: can pair with a side of Siete Maiz Corn tortilla chips


Directions

  1. Cook chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and herb seasoning. Shred once cooled.

  2. Grab a plate and place the slaw down first, then add the shredded chicken, and top with the enchilada sauce.

  3. Serve with Siete

    tortilla chips or grain free crackers if desired.
