DAIRY-FREE RANCH DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Mayo (avocado oil-based, dairy-free)

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk for extra creaminess)

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried dill

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1/2 tsp dried chives

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayo, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.

  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, chives, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add more herbs for extra flavor or a splash of vinegar for tang.

  4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
