ALMOND BUTTER PUMPKIN BLONDIES (GRAIN-FREE)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: chopped dark chocolate


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 pan.

  2. Mix all ingredients until smooth.

  3. Spread in the pan and bake 22-26 minutes until set.

  4. Cool before cutting.
