ALMOND BUTTER PUMPKIN BLONDIES (GRAIN-FREE)

Ingredients
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Optional: chopped dark chocolate
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 pan.
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Spread in the pan and bake 22-26 minutes until set.
Cool before cutting.
